Returns Policy & Delivery


Refunds & Returns:

You have 14 days from the time you receive your item to request a return under our 14-day return policy.

Your item must be unused and in its original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Unfortunately, once the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept returns on earpieces.

Damages and issues:

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it to put it straight.


Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the simplest way to ensure that you get the item you want.


Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.



Delivery & Shipping:

We aim to deliver all orders for products which are in stock and are received, processed, and paid for within 2 working days. We are only able to process orders on working days (Monday – Friday) until 17:00pm. This excludes bank holidays.
